- Applicants must have at least 1 year of warehousing experience within the last 18 months, cold storage preferred.
- The applicant must have at least six (6) months of continuous work history with a single employer in the last twelve (12) months.
- Cold storage warehousing experience preferred.
- Need full range of motion of arms, wrists, elbows, shoulders, neck, all digits, and legs. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time with a sense of balance.
- May work with corrective lenses if vision problems.
- May be provided PPE for additional hearing protection as needed. Cold Storage Experience Preferred.
- Must pass post offer health assessment and drug screening.
- During your work shift, which will consist of (12) hours, you must be willing to move around the work area at a fast pace and willing to bend, squat, lift, push, pull, up to (40) pounds.
- As part of efficiently completing job tasks, a handheld scanner will be used to track products as it is loaded, unloaded, and moved around the facility.
- At certain times, other job duties may be part of the routine.

- Sub Duties (May be required to work any or all of these positions)
- Receiver – Receives product accurately into the building using PIT.
- Put Away – Pulls product that has been received and puts it into the racking. May be required to palletize or split pallets.
- Replenisher – Pulls pallets from racking to replenish pick faces.
- Picker – (Case picker/Order Selector and full pallet picker) pulls product either in single or full palletized form to fill and build customer orders.
- Loader – Loads trucks with product in an efficient manner that will avoid product damage or loss.
- Most of the time will be driving PIT including stand-up forklifts and reach trucks for extended times in damp and cold environments with temperatures ranging from -5 to 30 degrees Fahrenheit. (Up to 12 hours)
- You will be provided a freezer suit, hearing protection, gloves, and headwear as part of your personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Team members will furnish their own boots and must wear either steel or composite toe boots that conform to ANSI 75lbs or more PSI rating with a slip resistant sole that covers the ankles. (Composite toe preferred)
- Team members will be driving stand-up Crown PIT Forklifts and Reach Trucks. May be trained on Cherry picker for additional tasks.
