- Bachelor degree in engineering (mechanical/electrical/environment)
- Advance diploma in industrial safety (mandatory)
- 5-7 years in manufacturing Industry
- 3+ years of work experience in HSE function
- Competent knowledge in EHS Management system requirements understanding and implementation
- Advanced knowledge of incident investigation and root cause analysis
- Proficiency in environmental parameters, chemical reactions and it's reaction on human health & work environment
- Basic knowledge on emerging technologies and related risks
- Basic/Advanced knowledge on data digitization and visualization tools (Power BI)
- Competent in networking with professional communities to bench mark best practices
