Finance Controller

• Supporting Head of Controlling CEE
• Business Partner for colleagues from other departments
• Leading role in monthly closing and year end closing
• Preparing monthly performance reports
• Participating in Budgeting and Forecasting process
• Providing various Actual vs. Plan analyses, Actual vs. Prior Year analyses, and ad hoc analyses
• Other support activities and/or special projects as assigned

• University degree preferably in Economics
• Relevant experience 3+ year in Controlling/Finance analyst role
• Knowledge of reporting, controlling and accounting principles
• Reliability and responsibility together with analytical mind
• English at a good communicative level (B2), Czech on a C2 level is a must
• High level of MS Excel knowledge, SAP is an advantage
• Highly analytical capabilities combined with good communication skills
• Result-oriented, autonomous, efficient way of working
