- Design the marketing plan for your region in alignment with Corporate and EMEA GTM strategy and objectives
- Adapt the EMEA marketing strategy to your local specifics and build strategic territory plans with the regional sales priorities and targets.
- Plan and execute field marketing events/tradeshows.
- Work with the Digital Marketing Manager, Regional Business Development representatives and the Partner Marketing Manager to create and roll out integrated campaigns (customized emails, webinars, Ads, Account-Based Marketing campaigns) in the region with responsibility for the ROI of such campaigns.
- Work with industry experts and influencers in the region to educate them on the platform economy and to leverage their network at Mirakl events.
- Localize or create relevant marketing assets for the region (reports, brochures, web pages, branding assets…),
- Work closely with the Customer Marketing Manager as a local contact point to support regional activities.
- Ensure proper handover of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) generated in the region to the Business Development Representatives.
- In charge of the reporting for all regional marketing activities
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in field marketing and/or corporate events, preferably in a high tech environment
- Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask under tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills (interpersonal, written and verbal)
- Familiarity of working closely with differents teams on overall strategy, goals and follow-up motions for field marketing initiatives
- Familiarity with a range of mar-tech tools (Our stack includes Hubspot, Salesforce, Salesloft, Sendoso,6Sense)
- Fluent in English and French - Spanish is a plus
