QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS· 10-12+ years of ecommerce/omnichannel experience with a proven track record in ecommerce or omnichannel DTC retailing; beauty or luxury experience strongly preferred; BA/BS required; MBA preferred.· Global experience with deep understanding of various cultural and locally relevant business practices of markets.· Ability to travel multiple times per year, as required.· Analytical thinker and agile problem-solver who is equally comfortable with defining high-level strategies or deep-diving into on-the-ground executional tactics.· Significant experience and comfort with financial analysis, business reporting, and data analytics.· Ability to translate the brand vision into online channels, developing strategies for executing against this vision, and working cross-functionally to bring it to life across all markets.· Exude passion for Le Labo and deeply appreciate, understand the Brand DNA.· Ability to solidify and communicate ideas, flexibility of vision, responsiveness to creative input and great visual sensibilities.· Flexible approach to work, ability to support changing needs and demands.· Excellent communication skills, creative, open-minded, and naturally innovative.· Methodical and acutely attentive to detail.· Quick worker who enjoys a fast pace and embraces change.· Be a motivated, self-starter, with the ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively with a team-player mindset; exemplifies the challenger spirit.· Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, independent environment, and manage multiple concurrent projects while collaborating effectively to leverage cross[1]functional brand strengths.· Ability to work with cross-functional teams, as well as with international regions / markets.· Adaptability in working within different work cultures and organizational teams, e.g., entrepreneurial start-up, larger corporate structures, etc.· Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to capture the unique tone of voice and visual cues / codes of the Brand - Highly organized and able to manage complex projects.· Strong ability to work in an extremely agile way, prioritizing and working alongside the needs of the team; enjoys a fast pace and embraces change.The anticipated base salary range for this position is $ $149,500 to $257,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
