Do you have a Bachelor’s in Computer Science / IT and you’re looking for your first role?Would you like to join a leading international firm?ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, is seeking for a Junior Systems Analyst.📌 Location: Aspropyrgos, Attiki📍 Working Model: Hybrid (3 days on premise – 2 days from home)🖋️You will be reporting to: Team Leader IT Supply ChainWe are looking for a Graduate to kickstart his career as a Systems Analyst!You will be trained by a Senior Analyst, and you will become a part of the IT Operations department. You will be participating in the Group’s digital transformation projects, with a focus on supply chain / logistics’ products. You will be supporting the hub’s systems, liaising between business users and relevant stakeholders, such as software providers, to resolve issues, and ensure the delivery of IT projects in an efficient, timely manner, based on the company’s needs.More specifically, you will be:

Receiving tickets, and investigating technical issues that might occur
Performing 1st level troubleshooting & local system configurations
Escalating tickets, liaising with relevant stakeholders (software vendors’ teams) to report and resolve technical issues
Understanding business' needs and conducting analysis on how to improve system reliability and support experience, development and deployment of global/ regional/ local application systems in compliance with company’s policies and procedures
Working closely with the Network, Systems, and Security teams to ensure the smooth systems operation
Reviewing and analyzing business processes, procedures and user requirements to propose and develop optimized solutions to meet business needs
Providing necessary documentations to support system usage and troubleshooting

It is an initial 1-year contract with prospect of renewal.Kindly note that that after the induction period, you will be on rotational Stand By status. (1 week per month).Requirements

University Degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering field
Any experience working as IT Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, IT / Applications’ Support or similar role, even as part of an internship, will be considered a strong asset
Basic knowledge of SQL and overall relational databases is a plus
Analytical thinking & problem-solving attitude
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to work independently and as a member of a team
Fluency in Greek & English
Availability for Stand By

Benefits

1.200 gross per month, depending on skillset and experience
Transportation / fuel expenses coverage (up to 150 euros per month)
