Skilled in analyzing user requirements and translating them into comprehensive design documents, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
Evaluate and analyze existing interactions and processes to identify potential downstream impacts, ensuring a thorough understanding of the system landscape.
Create detailed technical documents for end-to-end solution design, providing accurate details and clearly indicating system dependencies for effective implementation.
Work closely with Solution Architects and developers, leading application design sessions to align technical solutions with business needs.

Requirements:

Experienced in driving technical/systems requirements lifecycle, from abstract product vision to detailed system requirements
Preferred experience in Banking domain.
Proficient in end to end solution design and technical documentation, preferably full stack with experience in React, Java, Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
Leadership and people management experience.
