Responsibilities: • A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base • Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to customers so that they can identify our company’s values and integrity • Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently • Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close • Produces sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met • Team and DB lead generation • Lead follow up • Close buyer or seller sales Qualifications: • Great phone presence with a closer mentality • Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities • Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills • Decisive and proactive in the sales process • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Real estate license required • Commission opportunity • Sales experience About Company: Keller Williams- Los Feliz is one of the most collaborative and culturally rich offices in LA.
