- Help manage the ILP accounts and acts as the voice of the local investment team
- Ensure investment portfolio operations comply with Taiwan local regulations (including but not limited to complete investment related reports)
- Act as the interface between the local investment team and the local sales and marketing entities; support the business development activities of represented strategies in Taiwan (you must be a qualified fund manager accredited by SITCA to manage such activities)
- Customize and distribute product information with a focus on the investment process, performance explanation, portfolio holdings and illustration of the investment case, according to the needs of the local sales teams
- Build an internal network with the sales and marketing professionals in Taiwan to support business opportunities for the investment team
- Stay informed about the strategy's performance in context of relevant competitor products and be able to explain performance scenarios relative to the market environment and peers
- Provide regular updates to CIO and the team head on product development trends, competitor situations and demands from sales channels
- Provide research and investment suggestion of responsible market or asset
- Help with research work including DD, investment team interview, and ESG analysis
- Having the ability and experience in quantitative analysis or model back-testing is preferable
- At least 5 years' professional experience in portfolio management or product management
- At least 2 years' experience managing Taiwan domiciled FoF, MA Fund or ILP account
- Must be a qualified fund manager accredited by SITCA
- Familiar with changes in economy and financial markets. Interested in asset allocation and fund selection
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for a diverse range of audiences and to clearly articulate investment content
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Communicate to internal and external clients and responsive to their needs
