We are seeking a highly motivated channel sales lead to join our team and spearhead the development of our secured lending function, ensuring tech-driven operational excellence.As a channel sales lead, you will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities, including:
  • Build B2B/B2C channel network: Develop strategic connections and partnerships with channels (loan agents, brokers, builders, developers etc.) to delivery our loan solutions to end consumers.
  • Business Development Initiatives: Develop and facilitate business development in-person activities that lead to customers experiencing our product through trade fairs, canopies, and in-person visits.
  • Lead Coordination: Proactively manage our leads, ensuring swift follow-ups and successful loan disbursements for qualified clients.
  • Data & Reporting: Leverage analytics tools to glean insights and compile reports, aiding in informed decision-making.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity within the organization.
Qualifications:To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
  • Business Development: 2-3 years of track record of successful business development through connections and partnerships at Proptech companies.
  • Street Smarts: Ability to navigate complex business landscapes and negotiate beneficial partnerships.
  • Mobility: Ability to frequently travel within the NCR region to meet clients and partners.
  • Lending or Proptech Expertise: Preference for candidates with experience of working with banks/NBFCs/fintech/Proptech.
