1. Install and test proton therapy systems at customer site, including wiring, assembly, operational safety inspection and initial start-up of equipment, and complete related documentation;
2. Perform calibration and test activities, including equipment setup, running the accelerator and all its subsystems, documenting results, troubleshooting, and repairing identified problems;
3. Assist in customer acceptance testing;
4. Troubleshoot and solve customer problems, ensure equipment availability to meet customer requirements;
5. Install and upgrade the company's products according to technical documents and company guidelines, perform preventive maintenance to ensure the effective operation of customer's equipment;
6. Maintain records of required operations, maintenance, and customer issue reports, including but not limited to ECOs, upgrades or changes;
7. Work with plant support staff and clinical site personnel to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction;
8. Provide feedback on system performance and improvement;
9. Attend weekly team meetings, site-specific meetings, and other meetings as required.
10. Other tasks assigned by manager.Job Requirements:
1. Majored in Physics, Biomedical Engineering, Intelligent Medical Instrument, etc.2. Must be bilingual. Fluent in Chinese and English.
3. Have strong practical ability, social practitioners or all kinds of practice winners are preferred;
4. Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software, and basic knowledge of network communication and control;
5. Proficient in reading and understanding technical data and schematics as well as assembly process documentation;
6. Graduation thesis related to accelerator system or accelerator subsystem is preferred;
7. Strong English communication skills, ability to learn new systems and processes quickly;
8. Willing to work overtime and long-term business trips; Shift work will be required; The working environment has radiation effects (protection requirements comply with national standards).9. Have a strong sense of responsibility, execution, and efficient problem-solving ability.
