- Leadership of the Global inventory optimization strategy, policies, and governance processes to ensure global performance targets are met or exceeded.
- Integrated planning PMO lead for integrated supply Chain planning.
- Responsible for mid- long term Finished Goods production and Materials planning, strategy, direction setting & budgeting.
- Functional leadership/support to External Manufacturing & material planning.
- Process ownership of the Supply Review step of the SOP process
- Ownership of standards, planning parameters, policies, training/capability, business process excellence, performance management & continuous improvement
- Blue Yonder & NetSuite SME (subject matter expertise) support.
- Definition and governance of all planning related master data policy & standards.
- Inventory Control tower
- Ownership of the Working capital strategy, road map and results delivery
- Definition and governance of global inventory policies, including ownership of global safety stock modelling and supply segmentation.
- Development of tools, processes, integrated reporting, and advanced analytics to support best in class inventory performance & cashflow management.
- Support root cause analysis, identification, and mobilization of action plans to drive continuous improvement across cash, cost, inventory health and accuracy KPI’s.
- Ownership of life cycle management processes, reporting and tracking - including SKU phase-in/phase-out planning & excess/obsolete cost reduction
- Provide working capital input in support of the weekly SOE & monthly SOP cycle.
- Function as Global planning PMO for projects, processes & software solutions -
- Supply Planning
- Ownership of long-term material and supply planning strategies & parameter governance to maximize service while minimizing cost and inventory risk.
- Provide reporting and analytics to proactively identify supply issues requiring intervention/action planning to secure business continuity.
- Ownership of performance management process to drive continuous improvement across all Supply & Material planning KPI’s.
- Responsible for the Supply Review step of the SOP process, ensuring early visibility to long term supply risk and opportunities.
- Identification and management of capacity/ supply constraints & associated allocation processes
- Monitor logistics supply network flows to the destination warehouses and resolve planning issues / bottlenecks to secure customer service availability.
- Engage and partner with key internal stakeholders to ensure linkage and alignment on business priorities, resources, and key strategic platforms.
- Functional leadership, training, & development of the FG and Material planners
- Demand & Supply Planning Process Excellence
- Definition, standardization, implementation, and governance of supply & demand planning core work processes - including documentation and training.
- Identification and reapplication of internal and external best practices
- Provide analytics, data insights and modelling expertise/services to support root-cause analysis, corrective action planning and identification of performance improvement opportunities across all KPI’s.
- Blue Yonder & NetSuite SME and “level one” IT support to the demand and supply planning community, acting as single point of contact for all related IT issues.
- Ownership of statistical forecasting and Blue Yonder forecast model reviews
- Ensure the integrity, completeness and governance of all master data impacting inventory performance management, supply & demand planning.
- Ensure master data owners, administrators and all related workflows are defined.

- Minimum 10 years proven experience in supply & demand planning and or inventory management/optimization best practices in the consumer goods industry.
- Strategic thinker able to deliver results through others, working across all levels of the organization and geographies.
- Demonstrates excellent critical thinking skills, highly analytical & detail orientated.
- Team player with excellent communication skills,
- Ability to engage and influence key stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
- Experience of working with supply chain solutions, software, and systems. Blue Yonder/ NetSuite preferred.
- APICS CPIM certified or similar accreditation - preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree - business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, data analytics or related fields preferred.
- Fluency of English is a must (both verbal and written)
