Responsibilities Support for Troubleshoot network level incidents. Troubleshooting for complex issues involving advanced routing and switching protocols Use advanced tools for problem analysis and diagnosis Understanding and working on back-bone traffic engineering Troubleshooting skills on IGPs like RIP, EIGRP, OSPF & ISIS. Understanding of signaling of all network protocols. Troubleshooting of Static/ EGERP/OSPF BGP on Cisco platforms/ Fortinet Troubleshooting of service provider routing & switching, MPLS, L2/L3 VPN Flexible to work in shift environment for 24X7 network management if required Skills Required Deep Domain knowledge of network infrastructure and application transfer protocols. Extensive hand-on experience with network enterprise-class firewalls, routers, and switches Must be able to articulate problems and their solutions to non-IT professionals. CCNA/ CCNP certification preferred In depth knowledge of Routing Protocols like BGP, OSPF, EIGRP Should be well familiar with multicast concepts.
