- Create robust corporate media strategy and work closely with brands on annual planning to enable business growth
- Develop guidelines, how to win playbook/ use cases and KPI frameworks together with brands for key China media platforms
- Champion data driven media investment and precision consumer engagement leveraging data & intelligence and consumer assets analytics
- Work closely with brands to drive insights to action and impact/ efficiencies on media campaigns and build best in class way of working for paid media together with brands
- Monitor, analyze campaign performance from both media efficiency and business impact angle, report KPIs and provide functional expertise on improvement opportunities
- Introduce industry trends and best practices and be the “go to” person for paid media & planning
- Drive share, learn & reapply across brands via regular workshops and informal sharings
- Act as the key contact person and form strategic partnership with key media platforms, Douyin, Red, etc.
- Lead in annual group media agreement and look for saving opportunities across brands with regards to digital/ ecomm spending and drive for results.
- Initiate media innovation together with media platforms. Work with cross functional teams and brands to conduct pilot campaign and build POC.

- Sound know how on China digital media landscape, key media platforms and marketing tactics
- The ideal candidate will be a well-seasoned manager with experience of a mid level brand marketing or media planning role.
- They will specialize in media strategy, planning, precision consumer engagement, agency management
- They will have a high degree of commercial acumen and will bring a results and ROI focused approach to decision making.
- They will have good relationship-building skills to support across a diverse portfolio of brands and a complicated matrix.
- Consumer passion and a strong collaborative spirit are key traits as well as being an excellent communicator, displaying a high degree of credibility and also self-awareness.
- Minimum Relevant Experience: 5 Years
