- Candidate Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial candidate phone screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Candidate Debriefing: Communicate with your candidates after each interview stage to ensure they feel aligned with the tangible and intangible aspects of an opportunity.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and account managers, providing guidance and feedback to both parties.
- Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis to provide insights to hiring managers.
- Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Offer Negotiation: Assist in offer preparation and negotiation, ensuring competitive and fair compensation packages.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- A successful recruiter at Northwest Talent Solutions submits a minimum of ten viable candidates per week.
- At goal, a Principal Recruiter makes 4 candidate placements per month.
- Can, will, and wants to speak with candidates over the phone primarily, as well as via email or messaging.
- Timely communication with the Business Development Executive and candidates is pertinent.
- Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist (agency preferred).
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining an elevated level of productivity.
- Initiative-taking with a purposeful mindset.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
