In this position, you will help in keeping the SAP landscape for General Mills up to date on a day to day basis in addition to being part of various projects like migrations, upgrades etc as a part of the evolution of the SAP roadmap. Additionally, you will also get an opportunity to develop a strong mindset and skills towards automation which will help in day to day activities and also reduce redundant tasks and efforts.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Candidate should have working experience with a global team on supporting SAP and Non-SAP third party systems.
Candidate should have knowledge in working on HANA, S4 & various modules of SAP.
HANA certification can be added advantage.
Strong problem determination and resolution skills are needed.

The candidate must work as an individual contributor.
The candidate is accountable to maintain the health of mission critical enterprise systems and associate components by regularly applying necessary enhancement packs, bug patches, sap notes, component upgrades, database patches, upgrades & kernel upgrade. The accountability is to support and maintain SAP components like ERP, BW, CRM, TPM, TM, HANA, Portal, PI, solution manager, HANA DB & associated SAP components.
The candidate is accountable to perform installation, provide guidance on execution, be part of various cutover design and is expected to act to drive various project independently.
Knowledge of cloud migration & administration will be an added advantage.
The candidate is expected to work on various performance optimization initiatives & also provide ad-hoc problem analysis & resolution.
The candidate should maintain RCA of critical issues.
Ensure availability & good performance of systems.
Apply upgrade & patches to keep environment reliable & increase resiliency.
Work with functional teams and the architecture team to determine best practices for future.
Responsibilities include rotating on call support (including weekends) and planned project activities support.
Candidate will be expected to be able to manage multiple commitments in a dynamic environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education – Full-time graduation from an accredited university (Mandatory- Note: This is the minimum education criteria which cannot be altered).
6-10 years of relevant experience in SAP BASIS with experience on SAP products like ECC, BW, APO,CRM, Portal/JAVA, Solution Manager, BOBJ/Dataservices and database HANA.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience on S/4 HANA and Cloud would be an added advantage.
Any SAP or HANA related certifications would be an added advantage.
Knowledge on scripting would be desired and preferred to have worked on any one tool out of Python, Ansible and Terraform.
