- Consumer-First Solutions – You will showcase your consumer empathy and understanding through identification of relevant needs to address and benefits to provide. In partnership with Marketing, you will lead consumer research on targeting and opportunity validation.
- Top-notch Tools – You will partner with key vendors to continually refine and improve our consumer discovery solutions. Working with segmentation tools you will identify core consumer needs and develop a portfolio map to allocate roles within the category.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. M.B.A. or Masters Degree preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience and demonstrated strength in marketing research competencies, including qualitative/quantitative primary research and syndicated data (scan & panel, trend reports)
- Substantial experience in a range of innovation/product development and marketing communication strategy
- Ability to influence and collaborate with executive-level leaders, both by formal and informal communications and presentations
- Ability to manage multiple and conflicting agendas
- Proficiency working in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in the consumer packaged goods industry
