- Utilize extensive knowledge of SAP Integration Suite to advise customers on architecture, solution design, best practices, and manage critical issue resolution, among other responsibilities.
- Demonstrate robust expertise in the Integration domain, emphasizing the cloud/hybrid environment.
- Proficient in Integration Technologies such as SAP ALE, IDocs, RFC, Web Services, REST, oData, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Process Orchestration, SAP AIF, and BTP.
- Execute SaaS Integration, connecting SAP and/or non-SAP cloud applications by leveraging SAP Integration Suite.
- Possess a solid grasp of Enterprise Integration Patterns, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), APIs, and Events.
- Embrace a proactive approach towards new and emerging technologies with a positive 'Can Do' attitude.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Management.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in customer communication and presentations.
- Exhibit high proficiency in the SAP product portfolio, offerings, and industry solutions.
- Display a comprehensive understanding of SAP solutions, including releases and platform interdependencies, particularly in a cloud environment.
- Familiarity with operational aspects (Application or Technical) of SAP solutions in a cloud setting.
- Acquire knowledge of at least one Hyperscale Cloud (AWS, MS Azure, or GCP).
- Willingness to engage in customer-related travel with short notice.
- Expertise in setting up Single-Sign-On (Kerberos and SAML) and SSL/TLS implementation and configuration for Business Objects BI and Data Services.
- Proficient in capacity planning, performance tuning, and troubleshooting for Business Objects BI and Data Services.
- Expertise in scale-up/scale-out for Business Objects, CMS configuration, and tuning.
- Proficiency in configuring and implementing Business Objects Data Services.
- Strong understanding of Business Objects front-end client software, such as Data Services Designer and BI Platform Client Tools.
- Expertise in 3rd party database connectivity with BOBJ and BODS.
- Must have SAP Payroll experience.
- Expertise in troubleshooting Payroll environments.
- 8+ years of customer-facing SAP Technical Consulting experience.
- 8+ years of solution design, enterprise architecture, and or SAP implementation.
- Acquire knowledge of at least one Hyperscale Cloud ( AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Excellent oral and written communications, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of customers and management, both internal and external.
- Display a comprehensive understanding of SAP solutions, including releases and platform interdependencies, particularly in a cloud environment.
- Familiarity with operational aspects (Application or Technical) of SAP solutions in a cloud setting.
- Willingness to engage in customer-related travel with short notice.
- Proficient in ABAP and performance tuning Payroll environments.
- SAP NetWeaver, OS/DB migration, SAP HANA, TOGAF certifications are plus.
- Experience and certifications with IaaS Providers (AWS, MS Azure, or GCP) are a big advantage.
- SAP HANA and S/4 HANA skills would be very helpful.
- Cloud security including Cyber Security, Encryption, and key management knowledge is preferred.
