- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient care processes and outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, administrators, and other stakeholders to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of quality improvement interventions.
- Provide education and training to staff on quality improvement methodologies and best practices.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases, review quality metrics, and develop action plans.
- Serve as a resource for staff regarding quality improvement processes, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Act as a liaison between frontline staff and leadership to facilitate communication and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay current on industry trends, research findings, and regulatory updates related to quality improvement in healthcare.
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Arizona.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- Experience in quality improvement, performance measurement, or healthcare analytics preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and electronic health record systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
