Description:Location: Lisbon, PortugalRole: Polish speaking Customer Experience AdvisorSalary: 1040 euro gross per month (this does include also the holiday bonus, meal allowance and night shift allowance) plus free accomodation. Package without accomodation is 1295 euro gross p/mWorking Hrs: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern between Monday toSunday, from 6:00am to 24:00.Overview of the company:Our client is a global outsourcing company – they have offices around the world and in Portugal they have multiple sites where they support huge international clients and assist with business in more than 30 different languages, so you'd be joining a very multicultural environment.The Role:The role itself will be for a leading global Social Media company, where you will be dealing with online marketing and advertising campaigns for SMBs. Providing pre- and post- sale advice and support via phone, email and live chat to help them grow their business will be part of your responsibility. You will improve their online advertising experience and satisfaction by resolving technical issues, reporting bugs, guiding the users on the platform and helping them to use its tools and features.
Requirements:

Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in Polish and English
Previous customer service experience
Flexible
Willingness to learn
Interest in digital marketing

Offer:

Competitive salary of up to 1040 euro gross per month (this does include also the holiday bonus, meal allowance, night shift allowance) plus free accomodation (room in a shared company flat). Package without accomodation is 1295 euro gross p/m
Full training provided
12 month contract (renewable/extendable if you love it!)
