If you're ready to take your career to the next level and gain valuable experience, apply today!The Associate Recruiter will work in support of recruitment team members and hiring managers in the procurement and hiring of team members including clinical and non-clinical. This individual will help initiate the hiring process by identifying and screening qualified candidates for employment opportunities and complete the full hiring cycle for regional office level positions. Their work requires critical thinking, research, sales skills, and people skills. This individual will proactively engage the leadership teams to establish a common understanding of recruiting processes, outcomes and service standards.ResponsibilitiesIdentify future team members through full cycle recruiting including recruitment strategy, sourcing, testing, interviewing, presenting and closing qualified candidatesAssists in managing the recruiting process for assigned regions to include regional office level positions within assigned regionsUse a variety of techniques to properly identify candidates (i.e. -cold calling, Boolean searching, career fairs, and utilizing passive and active job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, Glassdoor, and The Muse)Pre-screen resumes received, conducting in-person and phone interviews, and presenting qualified candidates to senior recruiters and/ or hiring managersManage an evolving candidate pipeline using the PDS applicant tracking system and candidate management system (CRM) while documenting actionsInitiate and review background checks and drug screens through our third-party vendorsEnsure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment processBe accountable for the effective implementation of Talent Acquisition processes in accordance with policies, practices, EEO, HIPPA and other legal requirementsUtilizes operational analysis, trending, benchmarking and research to support leadership and managers in the effective projections for staffing/personnel needsManages the content of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for assigned regions, including applicant flow, EEO data, etc.Participates in career events, conferences and community job fairs, partners with University and Dental schools on behalf of PDS as neededAdheres and participates in all standard structured meetingsModels stewardship of the PDS Brand, making decisions consistent with the PDS Brand frameworkExecute and leverages the PDS platform and tools available, to identify, prioritize opportunities with concurrent accountability for improvementExecute PDS’ process, system and tools while actively contributing to their improvementMaintains an appropriate professional appearance and demeanor in accordance with company policies; addresses others professionally and respectfullyOther duties as assigned by managementQualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
