The Wholesale Account Specialist is primarily focused on supporting all the multibrand customers in an assigned area of the county. They are responsible for virtually developing a group of customers to achieve a designated sales budget through maximizing the potential of all existing and potential customers while maintaining the brand standards and a high level of customer service virtually. They will be supporting the Wholesale Account Specialist on account strategy, issue resolution and communication.The Wholesale Account Specialist will be responsible for growing the multi brand doors through virtual, written and verbal communication around training plans, introduction of new product launches, order writing, visual standards and marketing plans.The Wholesale Account Specialist must have a thorough understanding of operational performance to ensure that the multi brand locations within their territory are consistent with and in compliance with all retail guidelines and appropriate product levels.This position will work closely with the Divisional Sales Managers and Key Account Managers, Merchandising, Sales Training and Marketing teams. The Wholesale Account Manager must be a self-starter with an ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remoted, dynamic environment, driving multiple initiatives, with minimal oversight while hitting tight deadlines.Your Role as a Wholesale Account Specialist:
- Drive top line revenue and sell in, optimize return-on-investment, and achieve other key performance indicators (KPI's).
- Develop comprehensive multibrand plans in order to set territory up for long term growth and sustainability.
- Service and develop existing accounts through effective sales presentations, utilization of support services, business, and brand consultation. Meet with store and or account management virtually on a continual basis to develop growth strategies, new product launches and trainings
- Upgrade multi brand accounts to maximize Pandora exposure and sales volume at the account level.
- Prospect and open new accounts in accordance with brand standards to fill distribution in the network.
- Submit sales forecasts and prepare sales strategies based on current and anticipated customer requirements.
- Develop individual business and marketing plans for each assigned account focused towards driving KPI performance. These business plans must include both sell in and sell out goals and budgets.
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Category Management and Merchandising to build consensus and further retail and wholesale goals.
- Drive and launch all new product categories along with communicating product needs to sustain brand awareness and sales budget.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in the marketplace and communicate to management.
- Lead and support wholesale knowledge in the division
- A Bachelor's degree in either communications, journalism, business economics, or societal studies
- 2-5 yrs professional experience in wholesale or retail sales organizations
- Experience working in a global matrix organisation and capacity to contribute in globally networked projects
- Experience with issue management, preferably from a consumer-oriented business
- Strong writing skills
- Bilingual Spanish (verbal and written) preferred.
