- Provides day-to-day coordination of account activities from beginning to end under supervision of Account Managers and Account Directors
- Coordinates meetings and calls as needed
- Updates tickets within the company’s project management system and liaises with the internal team to ensure deadlines are met
- Assists with the content delivery and tracking process
- Assists with the assembly of monthly marketing reports
- Assists with the set up and management of certain systems such as GatherUp and Agency Analytics
- Attends relevant internal and client meetings where appropriate and proactively contributes to productivity by compiling notes indicating key takeaways and next steps
- Assists with quality assurance of client assets (such as doing website spot checks, etc.)
- Keen attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong ability to multitask while working independently
- Computer literate with knowledge of / background in SEO & digital marketing, with the ability to learn new software & operating systems (optional)
- 1-2 years of professional experience (could include internship experience)
