This Analyst role will be responsible for building and maintaining departmental and company facing dashboards that highlight the financial aspects of our value-based care contracts. This position will also serve as a backup for the calculation and distribution of incentive payments (quality bonuses, care coordination fees, and other payments) to our partner practices in a timely manner. To be successful in this role the candidate must be an expert multi-tasker, and have an extreme attention to detail with a track record of generating and maintaining systems of record. \nPrimary Duties:
  • Build and manage departmental dashboards and workbooks to scale for continued company growth
  • Responsibility for the full life cycle workflow for distributing practice payments. This includes pulling participation agreements, deep understanding of contract terms and payment timelines for 100+ value-based care contracts, documenting distribution allocations, confirming receipt of payment, and assigning responsibility to team members for completion of various functions from contract checklists
  • Collaboration with other teams across Aledade to gather information relating to contracting status with payers, obtaining executed contracts, building and storing contracts in a central repository for the team and requesting other support related to payment distributions
  • Follow up with external partners to request support needed to distribute practice payments
  • Serve as a backup for the calculation and distribution of incentive payments (quality bonuses, care coordination fees and other payments) to practices
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel/google sheets including the use of pivot tables, v-lookups and various formulas to calculate payments
  • Deep understanding of Smartsheet and
to build out workflows, set up automations and scale current processes * Salesforce experience
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience required (business, accounting, finance, health economics, health administration)
  • 1+ years of related experience working in the healthcare industry (i.e., health plan, hospital, pharmaceutical manufacturer, government, pharmacy chain, management consulting, think tank) with a proven track record of successfully managing projects and interfacing with internal or external stakeholders

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work cross functionally at various levels within a company as well as with external partners
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to rapid business changes that accompanies a high growth environment
  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships, project management, and effective written and verbal communication
  • Must be results-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Serve as a forward thinker as Aledade continues to grow and bring on new contracts
