- Provide professional development and guidance to educators on effective reading instruction techniques.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Reading Education, Literacy, or a related field.
- State certification as a Reading Specialist is required.
- Previous experience working with students in a classroom or specialized setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
