- Achieve monthly and annual budget/plan objectives set by the company president.
- Identify and understand customers' needs, providing tailored solutions to drive success.
- Develop and execute annual sales and marketing plans to maintain and grow existing customer base.
- Maximize sales opportunities through personal visits and effective communication.
- Stay abreast of product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Provide timely and relevant competitive information to management.
- Maintain a professional image and attend industry events to gather market intelligence.
- Build enduring customer relationships based on trust and understanding.
- Present sales forecasts and revenue projections to the management team.
- Adapt pricing strategies based on market dynamics and business objectives.
- Develop and execute territory plans to maximize sales potential.
- 8-10 years of proven sales experience, with at least 6 years in the tire industry (PCR & TBR sales experience preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate new business relationships and close sales.
- Excellent negotiation skills and client service orientation.
- Self-motivated with a strong focus on results.
- Effective communicator and influencer across all organizational levels.
- Proven track record of driving the sales process from planning to closure.
- Strong business acumen and tire industry expertise.
- Estimated compensation: about $100,000 per year plus commissions (performance bonus)
- Vacation, sick/personal leave, holiday pay (at their normal eligibility date per company policy).
- All representation and necessary operational expenses will be covered/payable to ensure successful operation.
