- Provide technical leadership for large-scale SaaS application development.
- Deliver high-quality solutions to some of the world's largest enterprises, aligning with the product roadmap.
- Solve performance bottlenecks within the data tier and support quality initiatives.
- Champion processes supporting team-led work planning, value delivery, and predictable execution.
- Participate in planning sessions to establish quality objectives and metrics.
- Provide operational support for internal and external consumers of our technologies.
- Assist in building a highly-capable team through talent identification and recruitment.
- Contribute to technical documentation to enhance productivity.
- 7+ years of experience building large-scale SaaS applications.
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS Java/Groovy enterprise web application development.
- Proficiency in working with REST APIs and across the tech stack (Full-Stack Engineer).
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and enterprise IT systems management applications.
- Experience in technical team leadership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering preferred.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Experience with Neo4J and developing cybersecurity applications preferred.
- Master's or Advanced Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline is a plus.
