- Identify new sales opportunities within the region, develop account-specific strategies and execute to capture market share and profitability.
- Demonstrate a strong skill set in providing customer solution sales by uncovering customer pain points and providing a solution to manage or eliminate those pain points.
- Develop cross-divisional strategies to promote complete packages.
- Creates customer call reports through the use of CRM outlining customer meetings.
- Build and establish relationships with key decision-makers to develop strategies designed to help customers meet their high-level goals and solve customer challenges.
- Close new business deals by chasing leads, developing and negotiating to price, and completing sales and repeat order relationships.
- Perform Voice of the Customer surveys to enhance and grow our future product and service offerings needed to be a market leader.
- Gather and utilize competitor intelligence to strengthen our product offering and market position.
- Have in-depth knowledge of Mission products.
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of NOV products and services.
- Work closely with sales and operations to facilitate the flow of communication to support customers and generate additional business opportunities.
- Participate in trade shows and regional and local events as required.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations.
- Bachelor's of Science or 5+ years of relevant sales account management experience
- A minimum of 2-5 years of sales account management preferred
- Experience in selling frac equipment, cementing equipment, blender discharge pumps, plunger pumps, and fluid ends, frac valves & seats, and/or flow control products is highly preferred
