- Prepare & ensure the accuracy and validity of invoices, documents and payment progress in the payment process.
- Implement SOP & policy if needed.
- Oversee and manage administrative activities, ensuring its accurate sufficient, timely and reasonable support and supply for all the regions
- Develop purchasing plans to buy assets, equipment to ensure administrative services within the assigned scope.
- Develop allocation plan of assets, equipment to stakeholders
- Coordinate with responsible departments to organize cultural and movement activities and take care of employees to improve collective cohesion (Happy Friday, Birthday, Team building, ...)
- Organize parties, publications, ... according to each event
- Bachelor's degrees in finance and accounting,
- 2-4 years' experience in Accounting, Finance
- Proactive, careful, smart-working and highly responsible,
- Good communication skills, with intermediate English (writing & reading)
- Logistic or retail industry
- Understand about warehouse, stockage, fulfillment service
