Job DescriptionWork Location: Baoding city, Hebei province, ChinaResponsibilites:▪ Responsible for vehicle dynamics performance integration for subsystems like suspension, braking and steering, including vehicle technical specification setting, cascading to subsystem target, and content strategy selection to fulfill the target;
▪ Responsible for the joint adjustment of the chassis control system, and support the formulation of control strategies;
▪ Responsible for the dynamic driving evaluation of chassis performance, generate quantitative indicators and qualitative descriptions, and give improvement suggest and plans;
▪ Responsible for the development of extreme handling performance on the track, the development of high-performance tires, and the analysis of the performance path of the extreme lap, etc.;Requirements:▪ At least 10 years of experience in automotive product development; define, develop and deliver vehicle dynamic performance for OEMs; and have participated in at least 2 complete sports car performance development projects;
▪ Have excellent knowledge of vehicle dynamics, suspension, tires, steering system；
▪ Proficient in engineering software like Matlab, Simulink and ADAMS;
▪ Proven sub-limit and limit handling driving skills and subjective assessment capabilities.Competitive driving history is a plus.
▪ Equipped with a strong sense of responsibility, pioneering spirit and innovation ability, be proactive in work with good resistance to pressure, and efficient delivery ability.
▪ Proven team building skills and leadership skills.
