The Manufacturing Technician in Portsmouth, NH plays a critical role in the production of our high-quality LED displays, adhering to established work processes and procedures. This position focuses on manufacturing products with precision and integrity, collaborating closely with the entire manufacturing team to achieve production targets efficiently and effectively.Manufacturing Technician Responsibilities:Consistently achieve individual and team KPIs aligned with production goals.Adhere to all safety protocols, promptly reporting any concerns to the Safety Committee.Execute tasks following detailed written and oral instructions, and actively contribute to process improvements.Utilize hand tools, power tools, and automated machinery to assemble and manufacture products, ensuring adherence to quality standards.Conduct basic troubleshooting of production equipment and processes.Assist in inventory control, performing accurate ERP system transactions and alerting the Purchasing department for reorder needs.Maintain a clean and organized work environment in alignment with the Program standards.Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the manufacturing process.Manufacturing Technician Qualifications:Possession of a high school diploma or GED.At least one year of experience in a manufacturing setting.Versatility to work across various manufacturing cells as required.A self-driven attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Manufacturing Technician Details:Pay Rate: $20/Hr.Full-Time: Mon-Thur 7:00 am to 5:00 pmManufacturing Technician Benefits:Health and Prescription Coverage (while on assignment through Bonney)Ask us about our $$Referral Bonus Program$$If you believe you are a qualified candidate for our Manufacturing Technician role please apply or contact us today!
