  • Pay rate based on experience with a minimum rate of $19.66(LPN); $18.62/hour (CMA/RMA); $17.75 (Medical Assistant) higher with experience!
  • $2,500 (LPN); $2,000 (CMA/RMA/MA) Hiring bonus
  • $5,000 Relocation bonus for eligible candidates

Job Summary
  • Provide patient focused rooming for all types of clinic visits
  • Communicate results and other pertinent medical information to patients and providers
  • Assist in assuring the day-to-day activities of the clinic are completed timely and efficiently.
  • Assist Providers with clinic procedures.
  • Accurately and appropriately document procedures and treatments in the patients electronic medical record
  • Perform telephone screening and gather information from patients to communicate to the RN or provider
  • Administer appropriate medications and immunizations to patients under the direction of the RN or provider
  • Recognize patient's abnormalities or urgent care needs and seek appropriate assistance
  • Maintain CPR certification
Qualifications:
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy
  • Ability to understand patients' medical records, physician orders and medication orders to be communicated to the patient and staff
ANDLicensed Practical Nurse
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Minnesota required.
ORCMA/RMA
  • Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
  • Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) with one of the following:
  • Must provide proof of pass notification prior to start with verification of official certification or registration within 3 months of exam date.
  • American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA)
  • American Medical Technologists (AMT)
  • Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA)
  • National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)
  • National Healthcareer Association (NHA)
  • National Association for Health Professionals, Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA)
  • Nationally Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA)
ORMedical Assistant
  • Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
  • American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA)

Hiring bonus requirements: To be eligible for the sign-on bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position.
