Reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales Operations, the Senior Salesforce Administrator will work within a small team of Salesforce experts to maximize efficiency and effectiveness for our end users, including our sales, sales support and product teams. You will ensure we are capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the Salesforce platform by deploying best practices and working with others to keep our platform clean and minimize tech debt.IGT operates in a fast moving, innovative and ever-changing industry and our CRM platform must be able to adapt and stay ahead to provide our users with a seamless customer experience while staying ahead of the competition. Your ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders to support daily operations, and strategic initiatives is critical to success in this role. We aim to provide value and utility from the platform for our users to achieve our strategic business objectives.Responsibilities:
This is a varied business facing role, with the following responsibilities:
- Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user and customer experience
- All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
- Understanding of basic triggers/Apex code knowledge
- Sandbox environment management
- Central DevOps/release management experience
- Identify unused or underutilized platform features
- User support tickets
- Experience in the Agile methodology and working with third party business partners
- Growth mindset and willingness to upskill where deficiencies exist
- Technical documentation
- Management of integrated applications and third-party suppliers including [CPQ, Adobe Sign, Copado, Spekit/Walkme, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.]
This position is a hybrid role with the expectation of being onsite at our Las Vegas office 2-3 days per week.Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- 7+ years of Salesforce Administration experience, with 3+ plus of those years as a Senior Salesforce Admin
- Strong communication skills and experience working with executive leadership
- Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and prioritize simultaneous requests
- Experience in Salesforce Declarative Programming and Administration (custom objects, Lightning pages, Apex, reports, flows, and assignment rules).
- Experience in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies
- CRM Analytics experience
- Experience with SOQL/SQL - familiarity and comfort with querying data
- Tableau Desktop & Server/ Bower BI
- Ability to write and understand APEX classes & triggers
- Experience in the gaming industry a plus
- Strong presentation, collaboration, and communication skills
- Intellectually curious to gain deeper understanding of processes and requirements

- Familiarity with technical project methodologies and the software development lifecycle
