- Manage and develop relationships with new and existing customers in Croatia – incl. daily contact with architects, specifiers, end-users and other target group customers
- Acquire new customers and business opportunities
- Generate specifications with architects, planners and general contractors in all relevant customer segments (Office, Healthcare, Education, Public, Sport, Retail, Industry, etc.)
- Supervise contractor project performance incl. regular construction site visits and manage project claims
- Create specific solutions for individual projects and consult on the complete product portfolio
- Commercial and technical consulting of the customers through the whole decision-making process
- Ensure the achievement of allocated sales targets
- Conduct market research on competition, distribution, product trends, standards, etc.
- Attend relevant trade fairs and events
- Update CRM data on customer records and open projects
- Proven sales background (technical products) – ideally in building materials or specified products industry
- Experience in specification, public tenders and follow-up of complex decision-making process
- Good technical understanding and project management skills
- Sales-oriented mindset and the ability to win new customers
- The ability to inspire, influence and manage key stakeholders at senior level
- Willingness to travel extensively in Croatia and abroad (occasionally)
- Autonomy and organizational skills
- A very good command of Croatian and good English skills
