Engineering, prototyping and evaluating different technical solutions and IT processes
Automating and streamlining IT Tooling delivery and operations processes
Provide technical support on tooling platforms which include JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket, Nexus, TeamCity, Jenkins, Kubernetes, etc. to global GBM IT teams
Provide Management Reports on various IT activities and tooling usages

Requirements

1-3 years in IT industry
Proficient knowledge on Java, Linux, Oracle/Postsgresql Database, Networking, Shell/Python scripting languages
Knowledge and experience on some of the following technology and products will be an advantage
Docker
Puppet, Ansible
AWS, GCP Cloud platforms
Python, Java, Clojure, NodeJS
JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket, TeamCity, Jenkins, Nexus
Grafana, Influxdb, Splunk, ELK, Sensu, Prometheus
Good Production Support and Operations knowledge
Good English communication skills (The candidate has to be capable of communicating effectively with native English speakers through phone or VC)
