Our employees live by these values through the work they do, every day, as one team.The opportunity:As a Chipseal Operations Supervisor this role will assist the Chipseal Department Manager by delivering work for our customers safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standard. You are responsible for the operational delivery of work within a single functional department within a division. This role is for the Bay of Plenty sealing department. Coordinating all on site-foreman, employees, plant resources and subcontractor teams. You could be involved in large projects in scope and size or multiple smaller projects.
