Efficiently manage vendor invoices to ensure timely payments and cultivate positive relationships.
Collaborate with vendors to swiftly resolve billing inquiries, disputes, or payment delays.
Take charge of bi-weekly payroll processing, ensuring accurate calculations and tax compliance.
Handle monthly bank reconciliations meticulously, promptly addressing any discrepancies.
Expertly manage property allocations, rent collections, and lease administration using advanced software systems.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
