This Legal Counsel opportunity is with a global provider in the iGaming industry offering an excellent career development opportunity as they are expanding its team and looking to onboard an experienced commercial lawyer with gaming advisory background from law firm or professional services industry.As a Legal Counsel, you will be part of a global team collaborating closely with an experienced senior counsel in Malta, as well as being part in cross-border projects allowing you to really have support and guidance from an experienced team as you start your in-house journey.If you are an experienced commercial lawyer and intrigued about taking your gaming advisory experience in-house, this is really an unmissable opportunity to join one of the leading industry names which will really contribute heavily to your career development.You will:

Lead and manage commercial legal negotiations globally to support company expansion;
Collaborate with cross functional teams on a global scale to execute agreements;
Act as an advisor to management teams to address challenges and mitigate risks;
Draft, review and negotiate software agreements, licensing agreements, and SaaS agreements.

Experience:

Qualified lawyer in Europe
2+ years PQE, law firm or service provider background advising gaming clients
Excellent communication skills in English (other languages considered a plus)

Salary / Remuneration: EUR 40,000 – 50,000 DOEBenefits:
