Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager at Raydean Industries in Jaipur. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the company's sales activities in the solar module mounting solutions market. This includes developing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Senior Sales Manager will also lead a team of sales professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales within the Indian solar industry, specifically in solar module mounting structures. In-depth knowledge of solar module mounting structures, including technical specifications, installation requirements, and market trends. Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Indian solar market, focusing on solar module mounting structures. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including solar developers, EPC contractors, and project consultants. Develop tailored sales strategies and proposals to meet client needs and objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments. Drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
