Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients in the IT sector. - Utilize various sales channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events, to generate leads and opportunities. - Qualify leads and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team. - Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to develop customized IT solutions based on client requirements. - Assist in preparing and delivering presentations, proposals, and other sales materials to prospective clients. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving IT needs and preferences. - Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and market insights. - Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the organization. Requirements: - Master's degree in business, marketing, or related field. - 1-2 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or a similar role. - Strong understanding of IT products and services, including software, hardware, and cloud solutions. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive results. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. - Familiarity with pre-sales processes and methodologies. - Enthusiasm for learning and staying updated on the latest IT trends and technologies. - Results-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
