To request that additional documents be attached to your current application, please email within three days of applying.Position SummaryThe Campus Minister will be part of the Campus Ministry team, enhancing the mission and vision of the University's outreach to students, faculty, and staff.Principal Duties & Responsibilities
  • Create and implement inclusive reflections and retreats serving various cohorts of the student body.
  • Develop small faith communities and student leadership capable of co-leading retreats for other students.
  • Serve as Campus Ministry leader to ESTEEM (Engaging Students To Enliven the Ecclesial Mission) program to cultivate future church leaders.
  • Collaborate with student leaders to develop and implement community-building programs for Campus Ministry.
  • Organize room reservations, food orders, and other necessary details for each program.
  • Presence at Open Houses, interfaith programs, and other special events throughout the year.
  • Mentor agape latte, small group & events/outreach pillars of PMT.
  • Co-facilitate formation and mentorship of the Peer Ministry Team.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, & Other Attributes
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfort working with clergy and students of other faith traditions.
  • Appreciation of Catholic theology and the vision of the Second Vatican Council.
  • Experience in leading and working with young adults.
