We are Hiring a Front Desk ExecutiveLocations: AmritsarExperience: 6 Months+Salary: INR 15,000/-Qualification: GraduateInterview Mode: Face to FaceIndustry: ClinicRoles and Responsibilities:Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the officeDirect visitors to the appropriate person and office.Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone callsEnsure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures)Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/emailReceive, sort, and distribute daily Courier deliveries.Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, data entry for inward and outward)Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stockUpdate calendars and schedule meetingsPerform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and Scanning.Must have good communication skillsCandidates having prior experience in Hospitals / Clinic will be preferredImmediate and nearby Joiners will be preferredKindly email your CV at or WhatsApp Helpline: 8800667623Andd Jobs | Free Job Helpline
