Their expanded services resulted in three sister companies that work hand in hand and that opens up a ton of growth within various industries.Key Responsibilities:Analyze work orders and plan daily travel schedules to serve existing accounts, including investigating and resolving complaints, conducting tests, and solving problems.Study system requirements to establish service, order necessary components and parts, complete installations, and perform acceptance tests.Maintain positive relationships with customers by addressing complaints, identifying solutions, and suggesting improvements to methods and techniques.Keep personal equipment operational by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance, and arranging repairs when needed.
