  • Understand client needs/business
  • Interpreting client needs and identifying solution to meet them
  • Drive process improvement/efficiency
  • Supporting, motivating and driving performance in their team
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • At least 6 - 8 years BPO/Shared Services experience
  • Must have 3 - 4 years experience supporting F&A accounts
  • Deep understanding of Procure to Pay process
  • With 3 - 4 years experience managing a team
  • Analytical, detailed oriented, strong organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication
  • Working experience with ERP tools, MS Office
