Join our highly talented and motivated team and work on challenging tasks developing cutting-edge systems, ranging from new-design eVTOL aircraft to speed-record-setting vehicles.This position is a very hands-on role, helping us assemble prototype aircraft and physically integrating subsystems into the aircraft, along with some minor design work as well as components selection and procurement.Your Contributions:
  • Support/lead hardware integration activities, including hands-on work to integrate subsystems into prototype aircraft or ground test stands.
  • Support/lead system maintenance and physical preparation for test activities.
  • Support execution of test activities (subsystems testing, ground testing, and Flight Test operations)
  • Maintain prototype aircraft and test documentation (e.g log books, etc.)
  • Maintain parts inventory for prototypes under build and test
  • Facilities Management – Organize equipment in prototype assembly area and at test site(s).
Minimum Requirements:
  • 2+ years of professional experience.
  • Familiarity with composite structures assembly and handling
  • Experience with mechanical assemblies
  • Experience with electronics and wiring
  • Experience with aerospace testing environment
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with avionics and aircraft low-power electrical systems
  • Experience with electrical harness manufacturing (cable crimping, soldering, connector assembly)
  • Experience with electrical harness installation (routing, mounting, etc...)
