Job Overview We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and meeting sales targets. This is a full-time position based in Chandigarh, Chandigarh, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and a strong background in B2B marketplace. Qualifications And Skills 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B marketplace Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals Good negotiation and closing skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field Roles and Responsibilites Identify New Sales leads. Must have laptop ( Optional) and own vehicle Field Sales Prospect for new Clients by networking. Cold Calling. Identify potential Clients, and the decision makers within the Client organization. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings. Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the Company. Set up meetings between Client decision makers and Companys practice leaders/Principals. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives. Participate in pricing the solution/service. Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness. Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships. Should provide a concise description of the services to the customers and also drawing attention to the benefits of the available services. Manage multiple accounts simultaneously Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
