The journey starts here, with you at SITA.ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:We are seeking a seasoned Senior Techno-Functional Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex application changes. This individual will play a crucial role in gathering, analysing, and managing requirements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions on time and within budget. Additionally, they will lead the development of best practices and provide technical guidance to less experienced team members.WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Gather, manage, and analyse requirements to design complex application changes.
Assist in and take ownership of estimates developed by the Cross Functional Team.
Lead the delivery, testing, and support of complex application changes related to own area of responsibility.
Ensure the quality of solutions and their timely delivery to customers.
Lead the development/improvement of application and process best practices, garnering buy-in from all stakeholders through a consultative approach.
Provide support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead functional design discussions and provide innovative solutions to business challenges.
Produce high-quality documentation to support project deliverables.
Utilize strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Leverage customer-facing experience to understand and address client needs.
Apply knowledge of Government projects, particularly in areas such as Airline and Border management Projects, to inform project strategies and solutions

EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 10+ years of experience in deployment or support of application software, with experience in multiple full lifecycle implementations.
Prior technical experience is highly desirable.
Formal project management training is a plus. - Proven experience working on complex solutions.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead functional design discussions and drive consensus.
Exceptional documentation skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated customer-facing experience with a focus on understanding and addressing client needs.
Knowledge of Government projects, particularly in areas such as Airline and Border management Projects, is advantageous.
