- To handle customer enquiries via various channels, including phone, email, face-to-face and relevant online platforms
- To resolve customers’ enquiries and feedback in a professional manner
- To support supervisor to manage, coach and brief the temp staff and ensure that they are aligned with the quality service standard delivered by the Call Centre
- To proactively learn and grasp latest industry knowledge to improve the Call Centre’s customer service standard
- To follow service guideline and work procedures to deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
- A minimum 5 years’ customer service experience with at least 2 years in Call Centre industry.
- Customer-oriented, proactive, willing to learn, able to work independently and a team player with excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Effective customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge on Hong Kong business environment is preferred.
- Proficient computer knowledge including MS Word, Excel, etc.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua
