About this opportunity:The Crisis Services’ Chief Financial Officer works as a collaborative partner with the President/CEO on the execution of the organization’s mission, strategic goals and fiduciary responsibilities. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the CFO provides guidance to the Agency and Foundation Board of Directors on all strategic financial matters including budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs and the securing of new funding. Additionally, the CFO supervises the fiscal department team, oversees the Agency’s grants and administrative systems, and is responsible for the management, coordination and timely reporting of all fiscal matters on behalf of Crisis Services Agency and Foundation.Job Type:
  • Full Time, 40 hours per week
Pay:
  • $100,000/annually, with additional consideration based on candidate qualifications and experience
Schedule:
  • Monday – Friday during regular business hours
  • Some evening and/or weekend hours, as needed
Work Setting:
  • Office-based with remote capabilities
What you will bring to this position:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a financial management leadership role (i.e. CFO, Controller, VP Finance)
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
  • Nonprofit accounting and grant management experience strongly preferred
  • Experience working with information technology staff to manage finance and accounting software packages
