As an Associate Manager - Creative Strategist, you will play a key role in shaping the Brand identity and crafting innovative strategies for campaigns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative concepts that align with business goals and resonate with target audiences. Your ability to blend creative vision with strategic thinking will drive successful marketing initiatives and contribute to the Company Department: Production & Video Solutions Job Type: Full Time (Work from Office) Location: Bangalore Reporting to: Manager Experience:3-4 Years Roles And Responsibilities Develop and implement creative strategies for marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.). Collaborate with the marketing team, designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to create compelling and cohesive campaigns. Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform creative strategies and identify opportunities for innovation. Translate business goals and objectives into creative briefs for the design and production teams. Oversee the production of creative content, ensuring quality and consistency across all channels. Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimization and improvement. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to inspire fresh ideas and approaches. Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners as needed. Work closely with other departments, such as product development and sales, to align strategies and messaging. Prepare and present creative concepts and strategies to internal stakeholders and clients. Skills & Experience Bachelor s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field. Proven experience in creative strategy, preferably in a D2C, B2B or agency setting. Strong understanding of marketing principles and creative processes. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Must have experience in ad campaigns. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
